BHIT&BADHRA GAS FIELD

Working as Graduate Trainee Mechanical Maintenance, I am responsible for routine preventive maintenance activities and repair actions for tripping of Wellhead compression package. Good troubleshooting knowledge regarding CAT Engine (3612 & 3616 Series), Arial Compressor (4 Throws & 6Throws), Jenbacher Engine and Utility & process Cooler Fans.

My Main responsibilities include:
− Mechanical Maintenance of 10 wellheads and their condition monitoring.
− Managing a team of contracted and permanent staff.
− Planning and Implementing Preventive maintenance jobs.
− Management of Inventory.
− Keeping maintenance job history updated in SAP.

OTHER EXPERTIES:

− Involved in trouble shooting of different rotary and reciprocating equipment of Gas Processing plant (i.e Corrosion inhibitor pump, Produced water pump, LP Methane pump, Wash water pump, Instrument Air compressor, Export gas Compressor.
− Worked with the Vendor Engineers for installation & commissioning of CAT Engine and GG of Gas Turbine.

− Delivered lot of presentations on Maintenance regime of different Equipments (i.e. Operation and Maintenance of Instrument Air Compressor, troubleshooting of wellhead compression package etc.)

− Appointed as a Lecturer in the UNIVERSITY OF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY LAHORE.
