Working with leading producer of Pure Natural Mineral Water, Juice, Tissue and Beverages in the UAE and GCC. My Job responsibilities includes;
 Carrying out bank reconciliation on monthly basis. (Manually as well as through oracle system)
 Ensuring competencies, accuracy and integrity of all accounting records at the branch level.
 Daily updating and continuous monitoring of customers statement of accounts and reporting discrepancies, if any, to the regional financial controller.
 Computation of various incentive schemes for different departments according to their requirements.
 Preparing relevant reports in respect of various categories of customers (Key Accounts, Direct Distribution, Vending Machine and 4 Gallon)
 Batch and item code creation in Oracle as per production, purchasing and stores requirements.
 Matching GRN (Goods Received Note) with the Oracle system.
 Preparation of periodic management reports such as customer aging reports, Daily sales report, Daily invoice register, receipt register etc for executive review.
 Interaction with Internal & Statutory Auditors for getting audit done & reply to queries of auditors.
 Ensuring appropriate liquidity management at the branch.
 Generates Daily sales Reports, Monthly sales reports and other sales comparison reports as per the Finance Manager requirements with the help of Oracle 12.1 and Discoverer Software.
 Preparation of various Local Purchase Orders using Oracle PO Requester.
