Project Achievement and Responsibilities:

As a Microwave Engineer-TL in KSA since 2009-2013March:
Mobily LTE-PH2 project in east region that has 750 LTE sites and 600 MW links expansion in 2012-13. Every day follow the installation of 8 links with various configuration (1+0 XPIC, 2+0 XPIC, 2+0 SD_XPIC etc.) with just 4 teams from subcons. Creating NE in U2000, upgrade the latest version of RTN and licence renewal and follow till BO acceptance.
Mobily MOTO Swap project with 550 Ericsson MW swap and 600 Motrolla BTS swap, in 2011-12. Follow installation and alignment with temperory frequency and each night follow MDT for atleat 10-12 links TN swap.
Mobily USF project in Jeddah with 160 MW links including 148 eNodeB sites, the first time implement IP MW (EoS) in Saudi Arabia, in 2010-11.
Solved the NMS issue of 300 MW sites in Najran & Jizan regions
Completed PNMS for NEC MW( Paso+, NEO, V4) of 500 sites in Center region and Najran & Jizan Regions and confirm the visibility with NOC.
Preparing back to back cables with soldering machine for PNMS and LCT cables for NEC V4 in 2009-10.
And support on various projects Extend the knowledge of other product,eg. IP transmission, NodeB & 2G configuration, apply and expand the serviceability measures in the project delivery, output the serviceability application scheme. Worked as an Implementation Engineer, visits sites and provide technical support on site for success of various Project. also took the responsible for preparing DN, MR & official documentation for MW Link acceptance and invoicing, Prepare NMS Planning and complete MW Documentation including MUX, Ethernet Connectivity, IP Detail and Frequency interference scanning procedure and succeeded in MW Link acceptance.
Skills in Network Planning using Digital Microwave

Designing a Complete Microwave Network and generate the network BOQ, preparing DN and RFS for each site.
This include: Capacity Calculation, Link Budget Calculation,
Line-of-Sight Calculation, Interference Calculation, and Optimization (trade-off Antennas, frequencies, links…etc).
