PLANT PROCESS (PRODUCTION) EXPERIENCE (9.5Years)
I am working at SITARA CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES (SCIL) LTD. SCIL (Chlore Alkali Industry) is a largest producer of caustic soda in Pakistan. And also it is a producer of liquid chlorine, ammonium chloride, calcium and magnesium chlorides etc.
SCIL is a well known ISO 9001-2000 (QMS) & 14001-2004 (EMS) certified organization with SAP added system.
Job Profile
Responsibilities at Sitara Chemical Industries:
I am working in SCIL as DCS Plant Operator PROCESS (PRODUCTION) on Chlore Alkali Plant Membrane Technology 600MT per day.
Having good knowledge of control room operation through DCS/PLC Panel, Yokogawa(Centum CS3000) & Supcon (AdvanTrol) Software where multi-unit Operation.
Having good Knowledge in operation of process equip and instruments such as different types of pumps, Exchanger, chemical injection pumps, product heaters, Control valves, ESD valves.
Experiences in terminal operations i.e. tank filling, lowering, inter tank transfer, tanker loading.
This 9+ year's I worked control room, Process-Field, Utility & terminal by rotating as Apprentice Plant Operator, Jr.Plant Operator, Plant Operator, Senior Plant operator & DCS plant Operator.
Currently I am working in Sitara Chemicals Industries Ltd. My Duties & Responsibilities are including control room, Process-Field, Utility & terminal Operation.
To adopt ISO safety and environment requirements during normal operation and emergency handling as well as during maintenance work.
EXPERIENCE OF UTILITIES

1- Demineralized water plant of 30 m3/h with conductivity less than 10 S/cm (WEMS)
2- Reverse osmoses water plant of 34m3/h with conductivity less than 100 S/cm (WEMS)
3- Air compressor of 9.51 Nm3/h (Comp Air, Germany)
4- Cooling Towers (Induced & forced draft type)
