• Monitor wells and pumps performance.
• Direct and monitor the completion and evaluation of wells, well testing, and well surveys, Specify and supervise well modification and stimulation programs, in order to maximize oil recovery.
• Handle day-to-day production issues
• Apply Production optimization by using nodal analysis (pipesim software)
• Follow up some contractors jobs such VX test PLT , DFL & P,T survey .
• Take remedial action, address production challenges, such as scale/corrosion and safety of well intervention.
• Liaise closely with all departments on fulfilling delivery requirement
• Prepare Problematic advice for down and abnormal wells
• Dismantle Inspection Failures Analysis (DIFA) for ESP vendors failed pumps
• Initiate and harness new technologies such as Sand control, High viscous oil, Scale, Eccentric PCP with eccentric well head for PLT function, Auto flow Valve for deviated and horizontal well
• Schedule well testing for producer and injector wells.
• Work over tracking and effect analysis
• Record the most problems affect wells production
• Prepare Budget and cost control
• Prepare, update and record work over AFE's and monitor payment performance.
• Review and verified ESP monthly rental .
• Assist in technical and commercial evalution & prepare TC for new (ESP &PCP )and associated equipments .
• Amend, update and manage ITB and ESP Contracts
