•18 valve trays stabilizer column – two thermo siphon reboilers - two heat exchangers (shell & tube)– gas boot - 3 x 15,000 bbl conical roof storage tanks - Automatic condensate Production depth measuring (ENRAF system). Utilities:
•screw air compressors (Atlas Copco) – Instrument air dryer (Silica gel) - Nitrogen generation unit (Hollow-fiber permeators) – Two hot oil heaters (cylindrical type – direct fire) – High & low pressure Fuel gas scrubbers – High & low pressure flare systems (auto ignition) - Open & closed drains.
•Gas turbine generators (Solar Mars 100 - 8.5 MW) - Emergency diesel generator (Caterpillar -1100 KW).
•Working in the HSE conscious environment (comply, respect and intervene), where employee works on the HSE system.
•ERP emergency response plan.
•Participated member in emergency team
•Fire & Gas Protection system.
•Foam system Connected to 3 condensate tanks, Heat, smoke, UV & IR fire detectors and gas detectors.
•Raising stop Card for improving safety measures
