De-aerators & Boilers unit using ARAMCO & AMERICAN Standards.
Detail Engineering of Equipment Supporting Structures of De-aerators unit ARAMCO & AMERICAN standards.
Preparation of various details such as Electrical trench dropping, Instrumentation duct dropping, Platforms, Interconnectivity of different Pipe Racks, Connection details of air cooler supporting structure over Pipe Rack, etc.

Analysis of various Equipment Supporting Structures, Pile Calculation and design of Pile Caps / Pile Rafts.
Storage shed for Water Treatment Plant for Oil & Refinery project using Russian Codes (SNIP II-23-2003, SP-52-101-2003 etc).
Wall, Raft slab and Base Plate design by using Roark’s table & Moody’s Chart.
Detail Engineering of all Pipe Racks of the unit which includes:
Calculation of intensity of loading based on section from piping department showing pipes at different tiers.
Planning of expansion bays along with piping department.
Modelling and analysis of Pipe Rack structures.
Design of Foundations and Superstructure.
The entire job involved:
Close co-ordination with different departments, such as Piping, Instrumentation, Electrical, SED (Static Equipment dept.), PED (Package Equipment dept.), Projects, etc.
Preparation of detail design calculation report for PMC approval.
Co-ordination with Designer for PDS modelling.
Review the Basic drawing and detailed drawings prepared by the designers.
