 Welder’s performance report against repair in welded joints and to take preventive action to minimize repairs.
 Extensive knowledge of Hydro Test (Mainline, Pre-Hydro & Post Hydro).
 Excellent knowledge of Station Piping and control the relevant Documentation as per applicable Drawing.
 Review of material certificates and interpretation of RT films.
 Co-ordination of all mainline, station piping and cathodic protection activities.
 Offer technical and practical clearance to site supervisor.
 Joint Coating inspection and welding supervision for mainline joints, tie-in joints and station piping fabrication joints.
 Handling and coordination of all Station piping fabrication work with all material inspection.
 Making BOQ report for material requirement on site & material inspection for receiving material.
