1-Egyptian Maintenance Co (EMC) Oil & Gas field.
EMC is a contractor company working in oil and gas field for maintenance and construction services.
March 2008 till present - Spanish Egyptian Gas( SEGAS ) LNG plant.
October 2007 to March 2008 - Middle East Oil Refinery( MIDOR) refinery site.

As a rotating equipment maintenance engineer responsible for executing and supervising the repair and mechanical preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the rotating equipment such as:

Fan coolers :
forced & induced draft.(pulleys alignment, changing bearing ,adjust belt tension, measuring blade angle, blade track, and blade tip clearance…)

Pumps :
centrifugal & positive displacement .(major overhaul, changing bearings, shafts alignment, etc……)

Gas turbines :
HITACHI H25 & GE gas turbines frame 5,7.(CI,HPGI,MI inspections).

Compressors:
axial & positive displacement.(minor and major overhauling).

Gear boxes:
changing the bearings ,changing gears, measuring backlash, perform tooth contact check…. .
MAJOR OVERHAULS
 May 2008 Shutdown of the Egyptian LNG (ELNG) with NOUVO PIGNONE to perform D+ extender kit for 5002D GE gas turbine (changing the combustion system and replacing the bucket) .
November 2009 Shutdown of the Spanish Egyptian gas (SEGAS) with NOUVO PIGNONE to perform hot gas path and bore scope inspection for 7001 GE gas turbine .
In July 2010 the scheduled Shutdown of the Spanish Egyptian gas (SEGAS) with NOUVO PIGNONE for 7001 GE gas turbine .
HPGI AND BORESCOPE inspection for 5 HITACHI (H25) gas turbines .
6 major overhauls of boil off gas reciprocating compressors (I.H.I) type (3 stages, 6 cylinders, double acting).
A major overhaul for ATLAS COPCO (ZR630) oil free screw compressor.
A major overhaul for FLINDER gear box (7001 GE gas turbine accessory gear box).
A major overhaul for HITACHI gear box (BCH 806 compressor H.P gear box).
