Piping stress analysis engineer in EIMP society Tunisia (Engineering Industrial Management and Pilotage, Tunisia),includes performing extensive stress analysis (onshore piping)Using CAESAR II 5.20 for critical lines which connected to columns /production & test headers/bridge lines, pump, pressure vessel, along with accessories such as design springs , expansion joints etc. Review piping lay out to satisfy safety, client and code requirement. Design and analyze critical lines at early stage. Prepare piping load information to civil/structural and mechanical department. Vendor data review and review pipe support, improve flexibility and change routing pipes by adding thermal expansion loop, thermal expansion joint, change the routing of pipes. .
