performance improvement. Set up a structured feedback mechanism to assess effectiveness of the training
programs
• Accountable for managing the Trouble shooting, meeting production targets and interacting with the
management
• Collaborate with Maintena nee Oept for Preventive and Scheduled maintenance of equipments and also
modifications required.
