Professional Experience
In my position as an Office Manager for Gardiner & Theobald Fairway, an experts in international construction and engineering disputes, my role includes office administration and I manage all the financial transactions including paying suppliers, preparing invoices, and managing petty cash. My administration tasks include marketing/training which I reserve places for marketing/seminar events and keep a schedule or calendar of events. I reserve flight tickets and hotels for the staff for the guest and from London staff. I maintain the database and update as necessary using business cards obtained by staff. I develop filing system for projects - soft and hard copy. I maintain the annual leave calendar of the staff and keep updated. Order stationaries as required and do general admin duties such as filing, copying, binding, delivering / collecting documents. I also coordinate with the landlord for tenancy contract, equipment maintenance for the service and consumables and pays company utilities i.e. DEWA, Etisalat, rental, post box and other required government documentations. I also coordinate with the Public Relations Officer for renewal of staff visa, labour contract and Emirates ID.

I finished my college in Lyceum University of the Philippines on Bachelor of Science in Secretarial Administration. I was a varsity scholar for the last two and a half years of my study in Lyceum of the Philippines.
