May 2007-April 2009 Station Manager at National & Alamo (Vanguard) Car Rental. .(Increased customer satisfaction up to 90% , using a different strategy that I conducted.) Due to this all employees started to get bonuses.
Greet customers as they come out of their vehicles and ensure the rental was satisfactory. Assist customers with the rental return process. Provide professional service while completing all transactions. Supervise return agents, Ops, Rental counter, Exit booth, and Customer service. Hire, and train new employees. Organize and manage schedules for all departments, and supervise production technicians.
