Professional Experience
Summer Internship Project (M.Tech) Duration: 7 Weeks
Company: L&T GULF, FARIDABAD.
Project Title: Study on pipelines and analysis of various pipeline components
Description: Learnt various design concepts in pipelines and piping. The usage of codes and their importance, which helped me to do a project of designing a Flow Tee, Pig trap and Insulation joints. Apart from designing aspects I was also imparted with knowledge in areas of detailed engineering and feasibility analysis of a project.
Main Project (M.Tech) Duration: 16 Weeks
Project Title: Fuel cost minimization in natural gas pipelines using Ant Colony Optimization
Description: A project which focuses on minimization of fuel cost consumed by the major components of the pipeline industry ,the compressor stations by finding the optimal solution which minimizes the overall cost of the pumping systems. This goal is accomplished by using Ant Colony Algorithm programmed in MATLAB.
Main Project (B.E) Duration: 16 Weeks
Project Title: Design and Optimization of Logistic Network
Description: A project which develops a logistic network for a sick industry and optimizes the route for the better logistics thereby improving the turnover and reducing the losses. Here MATLAB was used for optimization of route, cost, time and other parameters. Result found gave good inputs to the sick industry for its better development
Mini Project (B.E) Duration: 10 Weeks
Project Title: Automatic Speed Adjuster in Spinning Mills
Description: A device designed to control the speed of the running spindles in spinning mills. An innovative technique in which a roller bearing itself is used as a thread in which a circular shaft is made to slide. This project is being practiced in spinning industries after our innovation
