1. ABB Group (Sales Support Engineer), 1st, May, 2012 – Present.(Jordan)
? Ensures that any complaints and suggestions from customers are forwarded within ABB and give responds and feedback to the customer.
? Acts as a marketer of ABB’s products and systems, for example provides support with trade fairs,
? Carries out customer visits in consultation with the responsible salesperson.
? Is knowledgeable about the unit’s offerings, the product as well as the service in order to be able to resolve the customer’s problems via its network within the unit.
? Deals with the on-going daily contacts with suppliers and sub-suppliers
? Is responsible for the order management process.
? Produces the required documentation for a specific product or systems when needed
? Prepares sales proposals and tenders for customers and salespersons, and follows up the offers made.
? Monitors ongoing purchasing when necessary and is actively engaged in added sales.
? Ensures that payments from the customer are received in accordance with the terms of the contract in order to avoid past due notices.
? Ensures that deliveries of products (goods and services) are implemented on time at the agreed upon price.
2. Huawei (Trainee, QA), 1st, April, 2012 – 22nd, April, 2012.
? Participated in UMNIAH project for the deployment of 3G network.
? Main duty was to check the quality of each site and assure that deployment follows specifications.
