Constructing of Reservoirs and Pump stations. Installation of Water rising mains and water reticulations. Construction of bridges and storm water channels. Installation and construction of water purification plants. Installation of 200kl steel water tank towers.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the project budget for materials and manpower & maintaining accurate billing records.
• Obtain all necessary permits and licenses.
• Daily management and Delegation of all workers and sub-contractors. Delegate workload and priorities according to the operational and production plan.
• Ensuring that all quality control, environmental and health and safety requirements are met.
• Formulated policies, managed daily operations, and planned the use of materials and human resources.
• Providing independent professional advice and guidance to senior manager and third parties.
• Planning site activities in detail, setting targets and accurately forecasting completion dates.
• Accurately estimate material, construction and labor costs as well as project timescales.
• Manage and control the Engineering Contractor teams in terms of quality control and ensure maintenance schedules are followed.
• Work in close co-operation with the Planning manager and Contract Engineer.
• Conduct technical inspections and quality control function and completion of official Work Orders and compile monthly reports.
• Testing and commissioning of all completed work.
