Job responsibilities:

1.Maintain Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental behavior within the field.
and commitment to company related policy, procedures, regulations and objectives
2.Improve reliability and integrity for the electrical system.
3.Supervises, directs and coordinate electrical engineers activities in technical services department
4.Develop complete Electrical design packages for the new designs/projects and Management of Change (MOC) including the following:
- Develop Conceptual design options and Feasibility studies
- Review and technical evaluation for the electrical designs/projects
- Develop Electrical engineering studies and calculations,
- Develop Cost estimation for the new projects,
- Develop project schedule (using MS Project),
- Develop Scope of work, Bill of materials and Engineering drawings
5.Review and technical evaluation for the tenders and contracts documents (for both materials and service requisitions) related to electrical projects
6.Supports projects team during engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning and start-up activities.
7.Review and update company electrical specifications and operating procedures
8.Review conformance of the engineering packages, designs, studies and reports with approved standards and company specification.
9.Implement and update database and history for the electrical system into MAXIMO software.
10.Prepare electrical system maintenance plans and procedures for both Preventive and Condition monitoring activities.
11.Provide technical support for operation and maintenance teams.
12.Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) for electrical system failures, develop preventive actions and recommendations to prevent failure recurrence.
13.Participate to prepare annual goals (business plan) for the Technical Services team
14.Training and development of electrical engineers
