A growth-oriented and highly talented Senior Production Technician with a strong background in plant production, safety and health implementation. Continuous process improvement, including condensate stabilisation, CO2 and H2S removal using Amine Unit (MDEA), sulphur recovery unit, Glycol dehydration systems T.E.G., molecular sieves, nitrogen rejection unit, cold box .All associated pumps, compressors, turbines, flare systems, incineration system , water treatment, exchangers used in the above process, controlled by Distributed Control System (Foxboro) and permit to work system and reviewing & auditing the safety procedure & the production procedures. In addition contributed on the safety awareness program, plan do review (PDR) & scheduling maintenance activities (work order, priority and safety critical element) using Maximo as part of BGT work management system (WMS).
Good experience in leading team members, personal motivational and coaching, L20 assessor. I have 21 years of experience in this domain as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
