• Reporting to Chairman & Executive director
• Ensure that the project schedule and resource schedules and resource plans are properly prepared in accordance with the contract requirements and monitor the project to ensure its timely completion.
• Effectively manage the project team including personnel seconded to the project team from functional groups and ensure effective communication
• Ensure that all activities relating to the project are properly planned and that the plans and responsibilities therein are passed to and understood by all concerned parties
• Managing technical team comprised of Drilling, Mechanical, Electrical, Barge & 3rd party.
• Assist in acquiring the necessary technical resources & staff required for the project.
• Prepare and present reports relating to the project as required to Senior Management.
• Arrange and chair project meetings, internal and external, as necessary to ensure the effective management of the project, and adjust technical study plan as necessary.
• Currently handling Rig “Deepsea Treasure” (Ex “Pride Hawaii) Modification & repair project in ASRY shipyard Bahrain
