Electrical Technician - Activity : 48” Fiscal sweet gas transfer / 30”Sour gas pipeline

My goal is to take up challenging tasks in the field of Electrical Maintenance and Control Systems

• Preventive maintenance and Troubleshooting of PLC Control systems, Motor Operated Valves, Pneumatic valves, Gas Over Oil valves, Hydraulic Valves, UPS systems, AC and DC drives ,Main Switch Panels, Switchgears, Electrical/Hydraulic machine, Overhead cranes and Power Generators, Carried out periodic testing and calibration of all instruments.
• Performing the pipe line Cathodic Protection Survey and verifying the safety equipment’s connected along the pipe line.
• Electrification, Testing and Commissioning of Double hull Oil Tanker, 3.3KV motors and TF’s.
• To verify the completed maintenance activities and ensure that the job is performed as per requirement and complete the maintenance activity sheet.
• Maintaining stock levels, preparing purchase requisitions and checking materials, part numbers and specifications.
• Preparing estimations of all electrical maintenance jobs undertaken by contractors and inspecting their work.
• Arrange necessary hot / cold work permits to contractors / plant employees before start of such works, which needs these permits
• Carryout visual inspection and be vigilant to identify any developing problem in the area assigned, and report any problems to control room/Maintenance Engineer

Diploma in Electrical Engineering
