Assigning various duties to crew in smooth running of operation alongwith
Full PPE & TOOL BOX TALKs first.
Well pressure testing & bleed out,well killing operations
Well data,technical calculations,time estimates and cost estimates calculations
Writing of time estimates,drilling programmes.
Updating personnel on operational progress
Pressure testing of BOP, CHOKE line & KILL line ,function test,cup test & preparation of pressure chart using chart recorder.
Assist in smooth operations of wireline logging,perforations,& acid jobs.
Supervision on trip sheets ,losses,kick chances, hydrostatic level,swab &surge effects.
Testing of mud pumps,pump discharge line,manifolds for smooth running of operations.
Smooth running of tripping operations & completion operations.
Preparing daily operations reports.
Preparing tallies,BHA & scrapper running programmes.
Calculation of rig hydraulics.
Bit hydraulics&optimization Preparing daily drilling reports.
Preparing casing tallies
Cementing programmes
Conduct FIT/LOT
Drill pipe selections,buoyancy &hook load,BHA design & WOB calculations.
Coordination with rig incharge toolpushers& company man in smooth running of operations
