Mahul Railway Siding Revamping Project [Oct’2008 to Sep’10]

• Project execution involved-
> Laying of the railway track (approx. 2300m) and Construction of T/w Gantry(632m long) & Culvert.
> Laying the pipelines from the existing tanks to the product pump house and to the gantry.
> Electrification of the entire system involving the use of VFD system for optimization of system.
• Managed five major contractors involved in the work.
• Commissioning of the new MPSPL substation along with the allied facilities.
• Shifting of the existing facilities from old substation to new substation without any operational man-hour loss.

HQO COORDINATION [Oct’2010 onwards]

• Coordination of Project sites of Bokaro, Paradeep, Budge Budge, Bathinda and Mandir Hasaud from the HQO includes following:-
• Coordination with the Consultant, check designs & preparation of tenders.
• Preparation of Project Monitoring Capsules for individual activities.
