Experience of performing hydraulic calculations using softwares like PRODRAW , PIPENET during Basic, Pre-Bid and Detailed Engineering phases.
 Familiar with preparation of P&IDs in Smart Plant (SP P&ID) & instrument datasheets in SP-IN TOOLS.
 Complete exposure & working experience in preparation of Process Flow Diagrams; P& IDs, Utility distribution diagrams & other process engineering activities which are as below.
 Independently perform Hydraulic calculations for complete process plant including sizing of utility headers.
 Prepare PFD / P&IDs during detailed engineering of Process plant.
 Prepare Line List, equipment list , Chemical & effluent summary etc.
 Participate in HAZOP / SIL Study and close out HAZOP / SIL Action sheets
 Prepare Design Basis & System Description.
 Prepare Process data sheets for Equipments like pumps, Heat Exchangers, Refrigeration unit, Flare, Boilers, OWS.
 Prepare Process data sheets for Instruments like control valves, MOVs, PT etc
