• Advising Site Management about the implementation of Health, Safety & Environment Plan in line with the Company Policy procedures and standards and the requirements of the project.
• Advising the Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, Permit Applicants / Holders on the matters of HSE as and when required.
• Monitoring HSE during visits to sites, formulating new HSE measures in construction sites and reporting the performance of new safety measures to HSE Manager.
• Monitoring & implementation of HSE Plan including “STOP” programme.
• Preparing monthly report on Project HSE statistics and STOP analysis, and ensuring its submission to Contract Manager, HSE Manager and Site Manager.
• Assisting the Manager / Coordinator and Permit Applicants in carrying out Hazard Analysis and in preparing Job Safety Plans.
• Arranging adequate HSE Training for all staff and maintaining records of the same.
• Assisting in Accident / Incident Investigation / Reporting / Closeout.
