1)Project: Up-grade Sour Gas Piping Project Client: Aramco Shedgum Gas Plant
Job Title: Project Engineer-Mechanical Period: July-2011 to Present
1)Now, presently assigned as Project Engineer-Mechanical for the construction of Up-grade Sour Gas Piping with HIC (Hydrogen Induced Cracking) resistant Piping material around 4000 Meters length, sizes from 2” to 60” Diameter pipes with associated Equipment, including the Fabrication of Spools, installation of Structural by providing man-powers totally around 350+ by the management Al-Suwaidi Industrial Services as a LSPB Contractor for Saudi Aramco’s Shedgum Gas Plant in association with their Design Consultant KBR-AMCDE, for the Up-grade Sour Gas Piping Project, Saudi Arabia.

2)Project: Rabigh Refining&Petrochemical Client: Rabigh Refinery Plant
Job Title: Engineer-Mechanical Period: May-2008 to June-2011
In Rabigh Refining Plant (Saudi Aramco’s Sister concern) handled the Mechanical completion & assisting for Commissioning of Rotary & Static Equipment, under EPC contractor Technicas & Reunidas for Refining Plant and there-after handled the Planning & Maintenance function in Refinery Facilities-covering VDU, VGO, ARU, SWS & SRU areas Rotary & Static Equipment & also handling the Short & Long range Maintenance Planning, action plan for Annual T&I Jobs & Opportunity shutdown works. Rabigh Refining & Petrochemicals, Saudi Arabia.

3)Project: Yanbu In-plant Project Client: Aramco Yanbu NGL Plant
Job Title: Engineer-Mechanical Period: Jan-2008 to April-2008
In Saudi Aramco NGL Plant, handled the Mechanical completion & Commissioning of 3Nos Ethane Compressors & 2Nos Butene Pumps with associated Equipment & Piping.

4)Project: Yanbu National Petrochemical Project Client: SABIC Petrochemical
Job Title: Engineer-Mechanical Period: June-2007 to December-2007
In Yanbu National Petrochemicals Project, handled the Project supporting & installation of HDPE / Butene BTX Petrochemicals Rotary & Static Equipment.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (3 Year full time course-State Board of Technical Education, INDIA)

Having hands-on experiences for over 25 years in broad competencies acquired in Five business functions, namely Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power, EPC & PM in Project Execution & Manufacturing Plants in the following areas:

1. Handling Project Execution, Planning & Maintenance functions in Refining Facilities, O&M of Compressors, rating up to 1,62,000 M3/hr, Multi Stage Pumps, ranging up to10,000 M3/Hr & at pressure up to 182 Kg/cm2, related Seal system, Static Equipment, Short & long term Planning, Action Plan for the Annual T&I, developing Maintenance Contracts & Annual Budget, Spares Inventory etc., in a large sized Refinery & Petrochemical Plants in Saudi Arabia & worked in India, OLNG site at Oman, totally for 12 years.
2. Maintenance of 4x135MW=540MW-13.8KV Generator Output Condensing Steam Turbine with Coal Fired Boilers, rated 460 T/Hr. of Steam at 145 Kg/cm2, related Rotary & Static Equipment & Coal Mills in a large sized Aluminum Smelting unit Power Plant in India for nearly 2 Years.
3. Project Execution, Planning, O&M of Diesel Engines, independently handled single set rating up to 5000 BHP & Multi DG sets, up to 12MW-Output Voltage at 440V/33KV, Waste Heat Recovery Systems & other auxiliaries in India & LNG Construction Site and served with DG dealers, totally for over 25 years.
4. Having exposure in construction of Sour Gas Piping with HIC resistant Piping from 2 inch to 60 inches Diameter with NACE compliance in Sour Gas Plant / NGL Plants.
