Directional Driller Trainee 2012-2013

Formation in directional drilling under supervision of experienced directional drillers, acquiring skills, knowledge and minimum level of proficiency needed to execute the drilling phases.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute kick-offs for horizontal wells. Drill tangent sections.
- Demonstrates understanding of geometric planning and surveying computation techniques.
- Solid knowledge in conventional and rotary steerable technology.
- Assists the technicians in the workshop to inspect, repair and prepare directional drilling tools and motors.

Lead Field Engineer 2010-2012

Responsible for delivering high quality measurements services to clients at the well site. Responsible for the management, training and development of second engineers and trainees under supervision.

Accomplishments:
- Reduction of non productive time per year.
- Follows up failures with the maintenance team and ensures failure reports are closed with clients.
- Effectively manage inventory and supplies required at the well site.
- Training and development of new employees with improved time.

Packaging Engineer 2009-2010

Responsible to decrease the products that are not suitable in relationship of defects or damages in the packages, optimizing the packaging process with the innovation in technology offering better integrity and performance in the application of the packages.

Projects:
- Improvement in the polystretch application in the palletizers reducing up to 300g of plastic per wrap up pallet.
- Evaluation and testing of a new shrink film to be used with bottles and cans, improving the performance and reducing the product waste.
- Study of a new storage system in distributions centers for Pet bottles, reducing the storage costs.
- Information gathering of the crate damages to be sent to the manufacturers Heuft and Krones to develop an inspector crate machine with the capacity to recognize and reject the crates that cannot be used in the production chain.
