Halliburton Energy Services - Kilgore, TX - September 2008 to Present
As a Frac Acid Service Operator I, I promote excellent customer relations at the work site performing equipment
rig up and rig down, and prepare equipment for the job. Additional responsibilities include safe operation
of high-pressure pumps, pneumatic tools, hydraulic valves, iron trucks and cranes, and the collection and
distribution of data on the job from the technical command center during the pumping process. I safely and
efficiently perform fluid tests and treating procedures of natural gas wells.
During my employment with Halliburton I moved my way up from Operator Assist I, to my current position as
Service Operator I. I also perform heavy lifting while remaining in full compliance with Halliburton rules and
guidelines. This job also requires me to work in various weather conditions (rain, snow, and extreme heat) and
I’m also required to work day or night shift while being on call 24/7. I have had the task of leading pre and post
job safety meetings in order to follow the guidelines set forth by Halliburton’s Job Safety Analysis.
