• Handle critical Servers like McAfee ePO Server, SVN Server, Testlink, Bugzilla, WSUS.
• Manage and Monitor daily backups of all critical servers.
• Maintain up to date Antivirus levels on all machines company wide.
• Apply patches in accordance with company procedures.
• Support users with their issues over the telephone and by email.
• Network and provide support for Windows, Linux and Server issues.
• Configure and test any new hardware and software.
• Provide maintenance support and break-fix solutions
• Follow documented processes i.e. to implement change control procedures.
• Produce reports for senior managers.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and implement solutions.
• Install and operate Windows desktop and server operating systems.
• TCP/IP networking and hardware maintenance and repair.
• Ensure computer hardware is safe & complies with health and safety legislation.

In my position as IT Administrator for emids Technologies, I have been handling critical Servers like McAfee ePO Server, Patch Management, SVN Server, Testlink , Bugzilla, taking daily Backup and few other Production servers also. Troubleshooting technical problems, implement solutions, supporting service to Internal and External issues (LAN, WLAN and WAN) by closing issues raised towards IT in a timely manner.
