Surface Well Test Day Supervisor
Manage a crew of up to 4 men to rig up and rig out 10,000 psi test packages with multi manifold, tank and flow line set ups ensuring to follow all spacing requirements, OH&S guidelines and any company specific safety policies and procedures
Work in unison with fracturing, coil tubing unit, snubbing and e-line crews efficiently and professionally to accomplish all aspects of getting a well to completion
Maintaining and repairing all components of a well test package
Flowing back wells with highly abrasive and expansive effluent comfortably and understand how to stage pressure properly with beans and pressure drops to minimize washouts and cut down job cost
Test well effluent for several characteristics including pH, salinity, BS&W, API and co2/h2s gas sampling
Record and double check for accuracy in assistants field notes for use in Fekete or similar field engineering programs and communicating these results effectively with well site and field supervisors
Create daily invoice and charge back summaries always taking into consideration job cost totals and AFE limits
