QA-QC Engineer (Mechanical)

• To excel in the field of INSPECTION ENGINEERING, of a reputed organization by accomplishing challenging tasks & setting benchmark in best & innovative Inspection practices.

• As a NDT Technician (Part time) in “Quality Enterprises.” Since 30th July, 2004. Over this period done the Inspection of Drill collar, Drill pipes, Tubes, Welds, Fittings, Dished Ends, Pressure Vessels, Paint thickness etc. by LPT, MPT, UT(Flaw detection using Shear wave, thickness gauging), Hardness.
• As a NDT Demonstrator (Part Time) in “Institute of Testing Technology”. Since 13th Mar, 2006. Over this period give training of NDT Level – I and II (practical) Personnel on job.
• As a NDT Inspector in “Quality Enterprises.” Since 4th May, 2008. Over this period duties are Assisting Clients in preparing procedures, Actual Inspection, Interpretation of Test results, Preparation of reports.
• As an Engineer Inspector in “International Certifications Services Pvt. Ltd.” Since 2nd Apr, 2009. Over this period responsibilities are inspection of material and equipments as per client’s specification, reporting to project manager on progress of assigned inspection activities, review and verification of documents and reports, review and witness WPS, PQR, and WPQ as per relevant standards, Issue of inspection reports to client after completion of inspection.







• Currently working As a Sr. Inspection Engineer in “Aavishkar Sales and Technical Services Pvt. Ltd.” Since 10th Dec, 2009. Over this period duties are Assisting Clients in preparing procedures, Actual Inspection of material and equipments as per client’s specification, Interpretation of Test results, reporting to project manager on progress of assigned inspection activities, review and verification of documents and reports, review and witness WPS, PQR, and WPQ as per relevant standards, Issue of inspection reports to client after completion of inspection, preparing dossier document for project.
• Having mainly knowledge of International codes such as ASME and Standards such as ASTM as well as clients own procedure / specifications.

• BE MECHANICAL from Abhinav Collage of Engineering and Polytechnic, Dnyaneshwar Vidyapith, Pune (2006-2007).

• ASNT Level-II in Non Destructive Testing: (2007)
 Magnetic Particle Testing.
 Ultrasonic Testing.
 Radiographic Testing (Interpretation).
 Liquid Penetrant Testing.
 Auto Cad 2006.
 Pro-E (Wildfire 2.0).

• Completed the welding inspector course (ITT).
• Attended various seminars on advance systems in UT like TOFD and PHASED ARRAY.
• Completed vocational course of Air condition and refrigeration.
