Involved and Responsible for carrying out pressure testing of AG & UG piping according to safety procedure, project specification and scope.
Hydrotesting of testing manifolds as per required testing pressures
Responsible for Bolt torquing and tensioning of all piping and equipment flanges on train 1 & 2 as per approved MS and clients specification.
Coordinating with other disciplines for carrying out testing and torquing activities
Maintenance of torquing & tensioning tools like RSL 30,RSL 14 ,Torquing & Tensioning pumps etc
Close coordination with client for planning of the job and execution of milestone work.
