Scaffolding Manager

over 10 years of experience in the areas of scaffolding inspections, safety management, materials management, job safety analysis and HSE management, especially during shutdown, ensuring compliance with directives with scaffolding standards.

 Site Management –
• Effectively administering site management activities of the project ensuring successful completion within the stipulated time and budget constraints.
• Holding kickoff meeting with the client in the starting of the project to clarify all confusion points to avoid any miss-understand in the future.
• Make sure the Project specifications are adhered
• Assign and managing main scaffolding yard & sub-yards in the site for each project
• Adept in investigating delays and problems encountered on site while conducting health and safety checks and work inspections to ensure quality.
• Preparing the schedules for recruiting in the star of the project and the demobilisation plan after work complete as per the work requirements.
• Manage and decide the condition of the materials return from the site for 3 categories as per it condition for reuse, refurbishment or scrap.
• Managing all equipments required for work at site( trailers, forklifts, cranes, man lifts, ...etc)
• Supervise and managing all activities of shifting materials form/to scaffolding yard in safe way.
• Managing communication between all parties involved in the on site development.
• Review daily activities in the site with the senior stuff
• Prepare weekly report to top management for work status at site.
• Expert in conducting scaffolding inspection and tagging procedures.
• Managing different types of scaffolding works required in the site such as: (Work over water work at heights, work in confined spaces, manual handling, slung scaffolds, cantilever scaffolds and loading bay, bridges and bridging sections, temporary roofs, work over or near steelwork on sloping or fragile surfaces, bird case, tank works, access tower, and lifting tower) as per procedure with the safe way.
• Ensure that all quality, safety standards and housekeeping are adhered in the site and yard.
• Ensure that the work is completed to the planned costs and time scales


 Project Management –
• Exceptional experience in managing, executing and delivering million dollar projects.
• Proficiency in providing project management services to enable successful execution of all assigned projects while adhering to high quality standards through effective utilisation of project management expertise.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS ACROSS CAREER SPAN

 Facilitating successful completion of HABSHAN 5 project in Abu Dhabi - UAE, encompassing erection of 4 million M3 for different kind of scaffolding while achieving 8 million man-hours without LTI (Lost Time Injury).
 Contributed to a saving of $ 7.5m while procurement of scaffolding materials by dismantling and re-erecting scaffolding in specific areas within a short span.
 Bestowed with two appreciation letters from the client companies, Tecnimont and Gasco, for delivering excellence in project execution
 Presented four appreciation letters from client (Foster Wheeler – FLUOR and PARESA) and owning company (EQUATE) for delivering excellence in project execution.
