I had worked for ten month in central petroleum laboratories (CPL) as training in geology unit and Oil field from 20/8/2008 to 20/6/2009. I'm start as trainee but after I finished the term of training, I was become as assistant in geology labs.

My duties as bellow:-
1- Palynology lab: - sample preparation before descriptions by using the chemical treatment and sieving method.
* slide preparation
* check the quality of slide under microscope.
2- Facies analysis lab: - core slabbing to obtain greater information about reservoir.* Depositional environment and correlating with dip log
* Core description the litho logy, sedimentary structure, facies sequence and oil stained
* Well cad software program
3-Geo chemistry lab: - vitrinite reflectance test
* Total organic carbon (T.O.C)
* Kerogin type
4- Grain size lab: - sieving (wet and dry) method for sorting and skewness about the reservoir quality.
* Sid stat software program
5- X.R.D. lab: - sample preparation by using bulk mineralogy (whole rock analysis) and clay mineralogy (clay fraction).
* X.R.D Philips xpert pro software for bulk and clay analysis
6- Oil field :- ( Adar oil field)
* Geological supervisor trainee during the normal and (M.W.D) drilling as well side geologist responsibility for identified / organized geological operations
* Taking vary type of sample for special purpose
* Sample description to build master log
* Wire line logging (composed log) to provide data for evaluating petroleum reservoir
* X.P.T log for measure the pressure point

# I had worked with CNLC in mud logging department OCT/2010 until May/2012.

* Operate BAKER HUGHES Advantage, drillbyte and welleap Mud logging unite, monitoring, calibrate & check gas system.
