My objective is to utilize my skills, by working in“Gas Turbine ”in both Aftermarket, Customer Services Sales Or Field Service Engineering In a leader organization,where I can give maximum effort and enjoy more benefits, financially and mentally

 Work in HCH-Supply {Solar Turbines Agent in Egypt} from June, 2010 -
present, as Aftermarket Customer Service sales \ Team Leader for Solar
Turbines Account in HCH.
Activities:-
 All the after sales activities from receiving the new Turbine in Egypt
until putting it in operation including Installation & Commissioning &
Start-up and Testing
 Overhauls of the existing Gas Turbines units ( more than 150 unit
in country ) including all the relevant activities from reviewing
engines hour with the customers & specify the Overhaul time & test
and witness & logistics in both ways & installation and confirming
suitable operation
 Overhaul for Process Gas compressor { Re-Stage if requested from
the owner }
 Keep in touch with the oil\Gas Customers in headquarters and sites
 Control Upgrades
 Engines Up-rates
 Troubleshooting
 Training
 Spare parts
 Logistics
 Local Market purchasing
 Following up on the team which consist of Spare Parts Reps &
payment and collection Reps and Site Service Reps
 Being available all the time to receive any customer request \ claim
and ensure that it’s under solution processing.
