• Find Suppliers at GCC and all over the world
• Preparing the Production Plan
• Inventory updating
• Preparing Dispatches
• Getting quotations from the Suppliers according to the requirement
• Preparing Purchase Requisition & Purchase Orders, Follow up of suppliers
• Giving Work orders to the Machine shop for the repairs and damages found for the tools after Inspection
• Communicating with the clients, Customer and Suppliers
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports
• Preparing Delivery Notes and Receiving Notes for Rental and Purchasing equipments
• Purchase oilfield related equipments local & international with suitable price/Negotiate price
• All office Administration work, Invoice payment follow up, Data Entries, Expense claim, Arrange crew for other company branches, Office logistic etc..
• Preparing ERAT’s (Equipment Repair Advice Ticket) after analyzing the defects found for the Oil field Drilling tools that returned after various Jobs, in order to back charge the cost against the customers
• Using TRACS (Inventory management Software) – Tools History, Utilization of each tool
• Assist Accounts Department for making invoice
• Ensure accurate pricing, lead-times, delivery, and payment terms from suppliers are maintained and in compliance
• Execute purchase orders in partnership with and in coordination with cross functional departments in support of the production plan and operations.
