Projects Handled:
 Sulphur recovery, H2S Removal Unit, Sour Water treatment unit, Distillation (Methane, Ethane, propane, Butane).

Role:
Working with yakugawa centum cs- 3000 as DCS operator in GASCO oil & gas refinery
at fractionation, Sulphur recovery, Amine treatment, Sour water treatment unit.
I was fully engage in Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Master Start up activities on dcs with yakugawa centum 3000.

•According to safety & environment planning before plant shut down and start up activities.
•Day to day progress, production, raw material consumption activities report to management.
•As a production engineer do well planning for increase production day by day with quality, safety standards & environment friendly operation.
•Co-ordination with auditors for monthly verification of raw material, dispatch of product, store dep for all materials.
•Having a knowledge of Heart of the CMS plant is Hydro chlorination reactor & chlorination gas reactor.
•Always be alert for logics given by instrument dept in running & plant start up - shutdown activities.

Job responsibilities:-
•Concentrate on quantity, quality of product, DCS process parameters, & take suitable
action if any abnormality in result given by lab.
•Having an operational knowledge of fire fighting equipment like fire extinguisher with carbon
dioxide, dry chemical powder, mechanical foams and SCBA.
•Training of sub coordinates for effective communication delegation, safety measures in plant to reduce chances of accidents.
Highlights:-
Efficiently made modifications for increasing the overall efficiency.
Proficiently took back up of Fire fighting team in case of emergency.

•Evaluate process and make recommendations that would enhance efficiency, quality &productivity

• Training for 1 month from UL Management System Solution India pvt ltd for the knowledge of power consumption, product safety, global certification & management system.

• Training Yakugawa centum cs-3000 vendor from for safe, smooth and atomization about DCS.

• For vessel entry take training for gas tester and get qualified certificate for testing during vessel entry job.

• Training Yakugawa centum cs-3000 R3 Latest version from vendor for good safe and environment safe operation.

• Increase the plant efficiency with quality with increase in number of membrane with quality.
• reduce electricity power consumption in electrolysis process and get benefit from
government of Gujarat.
• Work as a member of safety people in emergency plan as a time of fire and any hazards accident.
