DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Reading and understanding of engineering drawings and Quality assurance plan.
2. Plan daily on production activity.
3. Discussion with engineering and quality department on code requirements.
4. Preparing production plane/ job card for each job.
5. Interaction with AI and third party inspector during inspection activity.
6. Review Heat Treatment chart.
7. Insuring the Calibration of welding equipment’s at shop floor.
8. Checking and identification of raw material such as rolled plates, Pipes, Flange & Fittings etc, as per ASME codes.
9. Stage wise inspection dimension measuring of the job during and after fabrication & assembly as per approves QAP & Drawing.
10. Take hardness on base metal, HAZ and weld metal after heat treatment cycle by using POLDI hardness tester.
11. Preparing various Inspection report i.e. raw material identification, stage inspection report Dimension report, NDT report, Hydro test report etc.
12. Carrying out dimension and visual inspection of fabricated Pressure Vessels, Columns, Reactors, and Structural in accordance to drawings and specification.
