Professional Experience
• 3D Piping/Equipment/Support Modeling in PDS, Drawing Manager, Isometric Extraction,
• Checking Piping lay out & design/Detail Engineering work.
• Compliance Design work with international codes & standards and overall technical integrity of project is maintained as per project specification.
• Prepare preliminary (bulk)/ Intermediate/ final MTOs.
• Preparing equipment layout as per process flow diagram, hazardous area classification, statutory requirements & local rules and regulations.
• Co-ordinate with other disciplines such as Mechanical equipment, Electrical, Civil /Structural and Instrumentation in subject to Interface issues and external agencies such as PMC, Engineering contractors, licensors & suppliers (vendors) etc.
• Vendor drawing Review & Inter-Disciplinary Drawings/Document-squad checks for technical acceptance.
• Participate and provide vital inputs in HSE review, 3D-Model review, constructability review, HAZOP and value engineering reviews with client/PMC and close out of all recommended review points.
• Inspection of critical vendor piping items in site.
• Provide all necessary piping assistance during construction, commissioning and start up phases by resolving piping related site technical queries on immediate basis.
• Ensure all piping engineering work on the projects assigned is carried out within established budgets and schedules
• Gathering project specifications & designing and modifying /upgrading existing designs & detail engineering of piping systems related to EPC, industrial and training purposes.

* Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
*Completed Basic site safety diploma & VCA certification by European Union.

* Expert in Smart Plant Review-3D, PDS, Micro station, Laser scan, & Pelican Forge.
