Professional Experience
• 5.4 years’ experience as Mechanical Engineer- Maintenance in oil and gas field in Operation & Maintenance of Reliance Industries Ltd. - KGD6 Field development Project (deep sea Oil and Gas Project) India from Sep’2009 to till date.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Planning and execution of scheduled preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment’s and ensure the availability and reliability of rotary and static equipment.
• Planning and execution of corrective, troubleshooting, shutdown and major and minor maintenance activities, on various types of mechanical static and rotating plant equipment’s.
• Performing a LLF for all major equipment’s troubleshooting, routine equipment surveillance and start-up activities with coordination of operation team.
• To ensure the condition monitoring trending and analysis of critical equipment’s and incorporate the resultant action in Maintenance Management System.
• Plan and coordinate Mechanical Maintenance activities with other departments and sections to avoid priorities conflict and ensure availability of resources and supporting teams.
• Ensure that all the required materials, spares, consumables and tools are of the high quality and quantity and available on a continuous basis.
• Periodically review the resources concerning manpower required to meet with maintenance activities for respective department/section in coordination with planning engineer concerning daily activities, major overhauls, shutdowns and new projects support.
• Conduct and implement root cause analysis of equipment failures and non-scheduled shutdowns and recommend problem resolutions to increase the reliability and availability of equipment in respective department/section.
• Provide technical and execution support to improvement projects/major maintenance projects in the plant.
• Apply Quality Management and HSE principles in all activities.
• Drafting Standard Maintenance Procedures, Job safety Analysis and to review periodically for its authenticity.
• Ensuring availability of data recorded on all maintenance activities across the various work groups.
• Ensure strict compliance of business principles and framework.
• Ensuring strict compliance with PTW system.
Eductation
• Pursuing MBA- International Business from Pondicherry University in distance education.
• Bachelor of Engineering from RVR &JC College of Engineering, Guntur, (Acharya Nagarjuna University) as Mechanical Engineer (IPE) with 66.00% marks in 2009.
• Intermediate from Board of Intermediate Education, A.P, with 67.9% marks.
• High School from Board of Secondary Education, A.P with 64.83% marks

• MEG Centrifuge used for MEG and salt separation of IHI make.
• TEG Peroni pumps for operating pressure at 70 barg.
• Peroni MEG well injection dosing pumps at operating pressure 350 barg.
• Centrifugal pumps, Gear pumps, Diaphragm pumps, Progressive cavity pumps of various make.
• 2 stages double acting reciprocating compressor used for natural gas service of Dresser Rand make.
• Single stage reciprocating compressor for Instrument air service and Nitrogen service.
