•Responsibilities: Optimization of cement plant, the monitoring and analysis of production rate, specific power consumption, fuel consumption grinding media charging, process measurements, waste heat recovery system optimization, shut-down and manpower planning.
Optimization and Maintenance of Raw Mill and Coal Mill (VRM), Cement Mill (Ball Mill), Rotary Kiln, Cooler, Fans, and other process equipments.
Process related calculations like Air flow Measurements, False Air Measurements, heat balancing, Routine Heat/air/mass-Balancing of Raw Mill, Coal Mill, Cement Mill and Kilns, Coolers to access deviations and control operation.
Preparing, maintaining daily, monthly & yearly plant performance review reports, I.S.O documents.
