I am responsible for executing various tasks within Business Operations including, conducting billing audits, and working on renewals and for managing the RMS Deal Approval process.
I had experienced with developed the tool for KPI Dashboard report by using multi tool such as:
•Storing Data in Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition R2, SQL Server 2000, and used shell scripts, and awk commands for auto generated report for finance, Billing & VAS Manager, and especially IT Project Manager. Be in charge of accurately and timely preparation and investigation of billing internal control report and IN Platform KPI reports.
•Maintain order process flow rules are followed for RMS Remedy Contract system to ensure proper controls and reporting going forward.
•Develop improved Backlog analysis and tracking to improve the renewal order processing.
•Investigating Provisioning queries and motivation for payment or
Crediting where applicable.
•Reconciliation of Manual Operator Deposit/Withdrawal and Approved.
•ESDAT Subscriber Reconciliation and Subscriber Profile Reconciliation.
•Internal System Auditing of all Camgsm operators used CompTel
Provisioning and IN Prepaid Billing System to ensure accurate
Billings, and determining the % error.
•Planning and organizing a proper level 2 supports to all
Departments involved and work related. Prepare and check the status result of Combined Systems Acceptance Test and maintenance of monthly RMS Supplier dashboard. Develop efficiencies and costs savings in the billing and order processes.
•Doing as a team leader with other involved parties to support them.
