General Manager
My first project was a residential bldg. consists of 11 floors , 500 m2 each, total 5500 m2. I was responsible for every aspect in this project, other than financing and auditing I was monitoring the production of labour on ground. I succeeded in finishing and delivering the project before the dead line.

My second project is located in the mountains, it consists of two Villas. Each Villa has an area of 941m2 of total construction and 1500m2 land. The villas are engineered in a very artistic way associated with our traditional Lebanese architecture. Each villa is completed in a very precise way. Sculptors and highly skilled-workers are executing the project each putting his artistic touch in every corner; in-addition, the exquisite finishing material that’s been used to make the project very exceptional.

I am a hard-working, self-motivated person with the ability to work and study under pressure and to stick to deadlines. I have strong analytical skills and thirst for knowledge. My enthusiasm to learn is shown in my last three years at LAU “Lebanese American University”, Where I succeeded in establishing my own company while continuing my BA program.
