Reagional Sourcing Leader

Maximize profitability, Negotiation, contract management, supplier performance monitoring, supplier improvement performance. Supporting deferent function within GE, manufacturing division, service division and non project related division

Responsible for developing, leading, and executing commodity sourcing strategies for
local, regional, initiatives for facility, projects and services.

•Ensure contracting and procurement standards are maintained throughout the portfolio.

•Responsible for communication, coordination and implementation of local and regional
sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations to suppliers and operations team

•Conduct local and regional Preferred Supplier performance review meetings, when
Requested, and manage supplier scorecards, contract compliance and service
obligations.

•Ensure all sourcing/purchasing processes and activities are compliant and in strict
adhere to GE policies, standards and guidelines and strict adherence to the local
rules and regulations

•Execute supplier approval process ensuring Compliance/ Financial screening/Capability
screening / Capacity screening /EHS assessment

•Work with SQEs to conduct First Piece Qualification (FPQ), Quality Surveillance,

•Lead and take ownership of the processes of identifying, qualifying and approving new
suppliers as per the strategic plan or when required.

•Provide excellent sourcing/purchasing/logistics services to all Energy Infrastructure
teams at customer sites and service centers.

•Liaising with GE OC HQ, GE Global sourcing teams, GE International and all GE
infrastructure demonstrating high level of team spirit to ensure best results.

•Monitoring supplier quality and delivery performance and developing improvement
strategies to ensure business needs are met.

Develop quotation requests to approved suppliers, Receive, evaluate, and condition
relevant quotations conduct negotiations & issue Purchase Orders.

•Serve as champion for strategic sourcing initiatives, including scouting and conditioning
of new potential suppliers of goods and services.

•Spend analysis with business leadership and suggest solutions for cost reduction.

•Support sales, marketing and operation teams in costing part of customer proposals then
participate in development of strategic sourcing plans.

•Provide training for sourcing and non-sourcing personnel to improve awareness about
the compliant sourcing processes
