8 Years of total industrial work experience with 4 years of maintenance experience in Pharmaceutical and 4 years of Project Construction Experience in the field of instrumentation in Refineries and Petrochemicals.
 Good knowledge as an Inst. Technician in Refineries and Petrochemicals.
 Good working skills in Instruments calibration loop checking & commissioning activities.
 Good Knowledge in DCS, Foundation Field bus and PLC controllers systems.
 Good hands of experience in stroke checking of ON/OFF valve, control valve with Pneumatic postioner & smart positioners make metso, Siemens, ABB, masolena, fisher,etc.
 Excellent Troubleshooting & Analytical Skills in loop check, Logic check, commissioning of all type of PLC & FF Instruments.
 Installation of flammable gas detector, fire detector, flashing beacon, MCP and horn.
 Installation of Impulse tubing and Air tubing for transmitter and instruments.
 Supervision of installation of field instruments, main and secondary cable tray fabrication, cable laying and cable termination of instruments.
 Preparation of as built diagram for P &ID(Field location and typical installation of Instruments) , Process and Pneumatic hook up diagrams.
 Knowledge of Distributed Control system: YOKOGAWA version: CS 3000& ProSafe System and DCS panel cable termination
 Good Co-ordination Skills with Client, Co-engineers and subordinates to perform work smoothly in proper and correct way
 Excellent Interpersonal & Team Skills.

 B. Tech in Electronics and Communication from JNTU Hyderabad.
 Diploma in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from SBTET, Andhra Pradesh.
