Process/Operation
• Review of the Engineering documents(PFD,P& ID, Data sheets, Heat and Mass balance)
• Preparing Blind list and verification of Equipment List.
• Preparing checklist for Pre-commissioning & Commissioning procedure
• Review and prepare report about Mechanical Erection at Site
• Review the Refurbishment and Revamp Status of old Equipment to be used in CDU/VDU.
• Coordination with Preparing Package for Pre Commissioning of process units.
• Technical coordination with site activities and inspection of static equipments.
• P&ID Checks, Punch Listing, Line Flushing, Air/Steam Blowing, Vessel Internal Checks, Logic & ESD Checks.
• Loop checking of all instrument tags.
• Participate in Pre Commissioning activity.

Safety

• As Area Authority, validate the Permit to Work activities within the area of responsibility.
• Take effective action to control emergencies and contain hazards within area of responsibility.
• Ensure HSE systems are in place before starting a job, ensure proper use of tools and PPE, conduct regular site visits, advice co-workers on potential hazards, and check safety equipment.
• Accountable for ensuring implementation and adherence to the requirements of the HSE within area of responsibility.

• Undergone One month In-plant training in Urea Plant from ¡§IFFCO¡¨ AONLA UNIT, BAREILLY.
