Professional Experience
Perform line checking and prepare punch lists. Monitor/witness hydro testing, pneumatic testing, N2, air blowing, flushing and reinstatement on all piping system.
Hands-on jobs in rectification of deficiencies that arises during testing works, i.e bolt tightening and torqueing, gasket renewals, minor modifications/relocations, alignment and adjustments, testing and re-testing to prove integrity of affected systems/sub-systems, purging, cleaning, lubrication and preservation of equipment, etc.
Line checking, walk down of work to verify completeness of system site installations and construction activities and that work and materials complies with specifications, P&ID’s, isometric drawings, fabrication & installation practices.
Participate in commissioning activities including running of equipment and recording readings, troubleshooting and rectification of defects observed
