• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.

o Information Technology Management Role:
• Fully designed, developed and implemented many financial and managerial applications for the company.
• Supervise projects and enterprise applications to ensure their implementation according to approved specifications and time schedule.

• Define and align a flexible IT strategy based on business requirements and needs.
• Assess the requirements of information technology in the company and determine the best way to implement them effectively.
•Ensure that the business applications comply with Enterprise Architectural practice of company.
• Manage, develop and coach teams and individuals, operating in continuous changing environment.

• Ensured IT infrastructure and business solution availability through a solid management and an efficient organization of operations.
