Conversant with PRESSURE PIPES of different IBR Piping material (P91, P22, P12, P11, P9, 106Gr C/B, SS316, Coal Pipe API5L), Piping system as per ASME (B31.1), ASTM codes, ability to read P&ID diagrams, Piping supports, GA drawing, conversant with Fitting Standards (ANSI B16.1-16.9), ability to read Isometric & Orthographic Piping views.
Familiar with (THERMAX & BHEL) BOILER PRESSURE parts, Erection, Alignment, Welding Procedure (Pre heating and PWHT), NDE (RT, UT, MPI, DPT, KT).
Knowledge of Fabrication of Boiler Structural parts (IS2062 / IS8500), equipments like Ceiling Girder, Hopper below Economizers, Hopper below Panels, Economizers Module, C-duct, Radiation duct etc.
Eductation
Bachelor Of Engineering in Mechanical from HKBK College of Engineering, Bangalore,India, (Visvesvaraya Technological University) passed out in 2010. Result: First Class (66.06% aggrt).
12th in Science stream from Vidya INDP SC PU College, Bidar (Karnataka Board) passed out in 2006. Result: First Class (64.33% aggrt).
10th from Kendriya Vidyalaya CME Pune, Maharashtra (CBSE) passed out in 2004.
