• Currently working as an independent Maintenance Executive and looking after Delayed Coker unit, Licensed/technology by M/s Foster Wheeler, USA
• Assignment includes day to day maintenance activities in order to maximize plant availability and reliability of below listed plant equipments and areas:
Coker heaters (Foster wheeler make)
Coker Fractionators and associated high temperature piping
Gas Plant equipments and piping (prone to H2s related damages)
Coke Drum Area: Coke Cutting Tools(Flow serve USA made)Rotary joint Assembly, Hydraulic Winch, Kelly Free Fall Arrestor System, Velan Valves, Delta Valves. Post repetitive failures of coke drum vapor lines and quench lines, rigorously involved in the audit of these lines along with plant inspection engineers and ensured preventive measures taken to avoid failures.
• Preventive Maintenance, Planning & Execution of Day by day corrective Maintenance of Rotary Equipments like various types of Pumps (Including Coker charge pumps) with seal plans, Turbine, Compressor, Gear box. Keep track of scheduled PMs as per SAP system and making maintenance reports in SAP system.
• Also taken care of daily and Planned Maintenance Execution of Static Equipments including Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Piping, Isolation Valves, etc.
Eductation
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering passing with First Class by Gujarat Technical Education Board, Gandhinagar, Gujarat State.
Certification
In-house Trainings and updating with Rotary and Static Equipments
