Engineer (DCS Panel / Field)

 Supervise Operation activities in field/DCS and to assist SS in operation
 Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions.
 Ensure Safe Handover, Takeover of Equipments and Instruments to and from maintenance Depts.
 Coordinate With DCS panel and maintain Unit through Puts based on EPS/Prod Mgr/Plant Mgr instructions
 Monitoring on Fire & Gas detection system
 Monitoring & maintain of all the critical and non –critical parameters as per stander operating procedure
 Monitoring & maintain all chemical dosing
 Maintain all product spec as per analysis report
 Product root up as per batch
 Find out ROUTE CAUSE of events
 Checking of alarms summary and ESD’S (emergency shut down) healthiness.
 Maintain parameters During any maintenance like
 preventing maintenance of any FT / LT/ PT/ TT ,Pumps ,Fin fans F&G Detection,
 Change over of Exchanger, Pumps, Furnace burner etc.
 Bypass of any control valves, Exchanger, etc.
 Isolation of Exchanger, Fin fans, Pumps, PSV etc.
 Perform unit startups,shutdowns & troubleshooting.
 Monitor safe operating condition of the plant and product quality
 Interface directly with Technical staff.

• B.Sc (Chemistry) with 60 % from South Gujarat University, Surat, India passed in the year of 1987.
